When God Reminds You You’re Not Forgotten
Life can feel heavy at times — as though we’re invisible, overlooked, or forgotten. But God never forgets His own. Isaiah 49:15–16 says: “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.”
Pat and I have seen moments when the world seemed indifferent, yet God’s presence was unmistakable. A word of encouragement, a timely Scripture, a quiet prompting — all gentle reminders that we are never alone.
Pay attention to the small, subtle ways God speaks. Sometimes it’s a verse that catches your eye, a thought that nudges your heart, or a friend who reminds you of His faithfulness. These echoes are His love, whispering: “I see you, I know you, I am with you.”
Reflection Thought:Where in your life today might God be reminding you that you are seen and remembered? How can you tune your heart to notice His whispers?
