When we hear the word temple, our minds often go straight to a building—a sacred place where God meets with His people. But as we journey through the New Testament, we discover something much bigger. The temple is no longer simply a place we go to; it speaks of where God chooses to dwell.

In this study, we will explore eight different ways the New Testament speaks about the temple. Each one gives us another glimpse into God’s desire for relationship and fellowship with His people, revealing a beautiful progression from a physical building to the living presence of God among—and within—His people, and then some!
